Creators Notes: This was an experiment using a tutorial on making colors in Photoshop look like watercolor. Many many thanks to for giving me some pointers (cyen is all about kicking my butt about his cap) Um... otherwise I drew Midna without the headgear as I figure without the hood it doesn't have any way to stay up there.
They look like such a cute couple. :3 I rather like the Minda-letting-her-hair-down look, and it looks like Link's blushing. So cute! X3 The soft, watercolor coloring really matches the mood of this pic.
I'm glad that I was able to help though the picture would have been great anyway without me butting in. Hehe.
After 20 years of Zelda paying no attention to Link, I would probably chase her skirt too!

Good point! I can't help but like her since she gives him so much grief throughout the game. So I figure after all of the effort he should get a reward or two. XD
Honestly I really love being able to have your help and opinions on things so it's great for me. Without you his cap would have looked like a little okra plant!
Thanks! I seem to fail at using vivid colors... as it doesn't seem to be in my nature to pick them when coloring so it's a good thing people seem to enjoy the soft method hehe
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
